Short Introduction

Keep strings gathered and cushioned during transport, maintenance, or quiet storage with the Taskmirel™ StringNest Soft Wrap. 🧵

The flexible padded band wraps around a compatible instrument neck to create a soft barrier across the strings and fretboard. Its circular stored form takes up very little room, while the layered textile construction makes it easy to reposition without adding a rigid clamp to the instrument.

StringNest is especially useful inside instrument cases, on workshop benches, or when organizing strings during selected setup tasks.

Material & Finish

StringNest combines a flexible woven outer band with a soft black inner contact layer.

Room Styling

Assembly / Use Notes

Open the wrap and position the cushioned side toward the strings.

Wrap around the selected neck area and fasten only until secure. The band should not compress the neck excessively or pull strings out of position.

Remove before playing unless intentionally used as a temporary string-dampening accessory.

Care Instructions

Brush away string residue and dust after use.

Spot-clean the textile with mild soap and allow it to air-dry fully before returning it to a closed instrument case.

Do not machine-dry or expose the cushioning layer to direct heat.
