Return Policy

Taskmirel™ accepts eligible return requests when a customer determines that a product is unsuitable or when another qualifying issue needs to be reviewed.

Standard return requests should generally be submitted within 30 days after confirmed delivery.

Returned products should be in reasonably original condition, without significant wear, modification, avoidable damage, or missing essential parts.

Accessories, instructions, protective materials, and original packaging should be retained where reasonably possible.

Customers should contact us before sending an item back. This allows us to review the request and provide the appropriate return instructions for the specific order.

Products that show extensive use, modification, misuse, incomplete components, or damage unrelated to delivery may not qualify for a standard return.

If an item arrives visibly damaged, incomplete, or different from the product ordered, please report the matter promptly. Supporting photographs may be requested when useful for understanding the issue.

Compatibility should be checked carefully before ordering instrument-related accessories. Where measurements or specifications are provided, customers are responsible for reviewing them against their own equipment.

Return requests are evaluated using the order information, reported circumstances, and condition of the product received back.
